As Jacobs | Doland | Beer’s Director of Design, Christine provides leadership and strategic direction of the firm’s practical and creative processes and documentation. She is also responsible for ongoing training and education.
Christine has extensive foodservice consulting experience in hospitality and in the corporate sector, including work with top technology, finance, and law firms. Her experience includes work with university, entertainment, retail, and sports facilities.
Christine’s past experiences as a foodservice consultant and hands-on operator inform her ability to understand each project’s unique needs and defining characteristics.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where she concentrated in foodservice operations and hospitality design. She also holds a degree from Parsons School of Design in Interior Architecture.
Christine is a LEED-certified professional and a professional member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International).
