Robert graduated from Cornell University with a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate.

He has experience in both the front- and back-of-house foodservice operations at hotels and restaurants including the Four Seasons Baltimore, the Amsterdam in Hudson Valley, and Statler Hotel at Cornell University. Robert also worked with Damian Mogavero, founder of restaurant data analytics software company Avero, in consulting with major international foodservice companies.

Robert is a LEED Green Associate.
